Co-Founder and Roaster Lacey is a Co-Responder in Northern Colorado as a "regular job" and dreams of roasting coffee all day long. She is also the proud mother of Cache (a Boxer) and Sweet Potato (a street mix of questionable origin), her constant shadows and companions.
Cache is also the unofficial mascot of The Coffee Grail, and absolutely the actual boss.
Co-Founder and Roaster Eric is an industrial plumber who is constantly thinking of ways to improve and expand The Coffee Grail into 'the stratosphere' or at least into all of Northern Colorado.
Also supervised in all things by Cache - he really keeps us on our toes.
